Intellectual Property Rights

All manuscripts, content, and creative works submitted by authors remain the sole property of the author. Founders Press Publishers does not claim ownership of your intellectual property.

Any materials created by Founders Press Publishers (such as designs or edited files) are licensed for your use once full payment has been received, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payments and Fees

All service fees are discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of work. Payments may be required in full or in installments, depending on the service package.

Failure to complete payment may result in:

Suspension of services
Delay in delivery
Withholding of final files until payment is received

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Revisions and Approvals

Revisions are provided according to the scope defined in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

It is the author's responsibility to review and approve final files. Once approval is given, Founders Press Publishers is not responsible for errors overlooked during review.

Timelines and Delays

While we strive to meet all agreed timelines, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors such as client responsiveness, revision requests, or unforeseen technical issues.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or delayed approvals from the author.

Third-Party Platforms

Publishing and distribution services may involve third-party platforms such as retailers, printers, or distributors. Founders Press Publishers is not responsible for the policies, pricing, availability, or decisions made by these third parties.

Limitation of Liability

Founders Press Publishers is not liable for:

Loss of profits or expected sales
Marketing performance or sales outcomes
Rejections by retailers or platforms
Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice. In the event of termination:

Completed work up to that point will be billed
Unpaid balances must be settled
Partially completed services may not be refundable

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
